Letter #3 to citizens of BWO
Gm citizens,
We’re very close to our stealth launch, and we can’t wait to officially onboard our first verified citizens. We’ve been building slowly and steadily, growing organically, and this stealth launch will allow everyone of our current citizens to grab a duck without worrying about bots and failed mint txns.
This letter will address some changes to the constitution and a brand new decentralized platform that will revolutionize the crypto space forever.
First, the new amendments-
“Liege” has been added as a gender neutral title, alongside “Lord” and “Lady”
This should make our country a more welcoming and inclusive destination while also providing adequate privacy for citizens who do not wish to disclose their gender.
The Motto & Sayings page and Terminology has been updated.
Being the nation of the intellectually superior, it was obvious that our motto become something that our population decided and organically got behind. This page now reflects that, with High IQ, and intellectual superiority being added to the list.
Legendary Duels now have a maximum time limit of 12 hours for each response
This should ensure that no “n” round duel lasts for more than “n” number of days. A faster duel is more entertaining to both spectators and participants, and this rule ensures that no one has to endlessly wait for a response.

BWO is currently the only project that has been around for months that hasn’t launched. We’ve deliberately kept the influencers and promoters out to build a strong organic population. We will continue building, growing and innovating together, and as the first decentralized nation on the blockchain, the possibilities are infinite.
